What is a good eye make-up remover that does not have mineral oil in it?

I have used Lancome, %26amp; I like it, but it's pricey. Also, in the past I've used baby oil, but it's too greasy.What is a good eye make-up remover that does not have mineral oil in it?
A friend of mine uses Philosophy Purity Made Simple; it is a facial cleanser, that is very effective at removing eye make-up, with out irritation and devoid of mineral oil. cheap lotion and cotton balls!!!! or clinque's step 2 from the 3-step line. you can use that for all your make-up 'cept or your lips.

ok i use vasiline and it gets it right of like magic its a cream used for babies skin %26amp; its very cheap u get alot of it it also leaves your skin baby soft and can even be used for sensitive skin i,love the way it works it wipes it right off u just put it on under your eye and wipe a cloth with water and all the make up is gone i suggest that its called vasiline or baby vasiline
