First, supplies. You'll need:





-eyeliner (pretty colors! Try blues, browns, greens, and blacks in covergirl, maybelline, or something else affordable)





-shadow (smoky colors look cool)





-mascara (blain black is great)





-gloss/lipstick (light pinks, or dark pinks are pretty)





-extras! (glitters, or hair stuff to tie it up!)





Do your natural makeup, like foundation/coverup. Not too messy, and use something light like bareminerals, or a cheaper powder.





For the eyes, do a light layer of eyeliner on the bottom. It looks beatiful if you do brown on the bottom and blue on top. Take a gray shadow, and smear it on lightly. Make a line on top that slightly curls out at the edges, with blue eyeliner. Add a little sparkles around just the corners of your eyes. Beautiful!





Add a light layer of pink gloss/lipstick. You might want to outline with lipliner (not too heavy, though!)





Curl your hair, and add some pretty clips. Wear a pastel colored flowy dress, and ballet flats. Try and keep your eyes from looking tired by getting enough rest. You will look great! How can I get eye make up as natural and pretty as Taylor Swift?
use a lighter color eyeliner or even a pencil, apply it to the top rim and add clear mascara. if you want a natural eyeshadow at pink (light) and sparkly unless your skin is darker.
use liquid eyeliner
