How to make eye make up last longer?

When I put on eyeliner and mascara after a few hours it usually runs and I get panda eyes.


How do I stop this?

they make primers to go on before shadows and liner soo niether would budge, i recommend urban decay primer potion. if you dont want to use that to keep liner nice also put eyeshadow over top of the liner. mine lasts all day!!! you could also watch youtube videos on it!!!

its a pink bottle w/ a green cap
if u wet the brush you use to put on your eyeshadow it makes it last longer
eye make up sucks
Use water proff makeup
use primer it will help
