A clinique concealer will be the best. However, cheaper brands will do if your skin isn't that sensitive. After, washing your face or takin' a bath, apply the concealer around the dark part, then putting on a light powder on it so it would stay longer and look natural. Don't apply too much concealer. Make it very light expecially if you're not really a make up wearer, BUT!! if you wear a make up, be sure that your concealer and make up almost have the same color tone. Make it look natural, dear. What is the best under eye make-up to cover dark circles?
I use Physician's Formula Light Concealer(in the white tube, not the black, it's greasy). It comes in a tube(like lipstick) to just roll it on or use your finger and dab it on. You can rub it in alot to make sure it's blended and then use translucent powder to keep it in place. Also, you should use a facial lotion before you apply concealer so it blends easier.
Make sure when you're doing this that you not only look close up, but far away in mirrors as well. You don't want to have the raccoon effect. You can also dot it around your face, kind of like a foundation, and rub it in to even your skintone.
Anything thats green in color will hid those under eye circles. Try a less expensive cover up stick and swipe it on then pat with your finger untill you get your achieved look. Do not rub it in, make sure you pat it in.
