How Should I do my Eye Make-up for a New Year's Party TOMORROW?

I will be wearing a black halter neck dress with a green sort of broach in the middle. I have blue eyes if that helps.

Since it's new years I would wear something festive - gold or silver or at least metallics.





If you want your shirt to be the focal point of your outfit, only use mascara (2-3 coats), natural eyeliner, and gold powder on your eyes, and up to your eyebrow. (It should be so light that it doesnt matter that it goes up to your eyebrow coz its not a strong colour).





If you want more from your make up, use a metallic eyeliner, (gold or silver, navy blue, or maybe green?), a matching eyeshadow, and lots of mascara.





If you don't want to use metallic eyeliner, then use black, then wet the edge of your eyeshadow brush, thickly put shadow on the edge of the brush, then draw a line above your black eyeliner. With a dry brush, smudge the wet line upwards, and if the colour runs out you can dryly put on some more powder just above the crease of your eye.





Dont go too bright with the lipstick/lipgloss, and wear whatever foundation/concealer you normally do.

Lips: a nude gloss so the focus will be on your eyes and dress.





Eyes: A funky green liner, but not too much or you will look stupid. Also, put on a ton of mascara so your eyes are framed even though you aren't wearing black liner. If green liner isn't your thing, try indigo liner to make your eyes look super-blue.





Face: slightly bronzed or rosy cheeks, just to make you look healthy and glowy.
Green eyeshadow on your eyes...


bit of blush - don't go overboard





your regular foundation (if you wear it)


Have black eye liner on your eyes (make this a focal point in your make up)


Have just clear lip gloss on your lips or Vaseline...

I would pick up the green and go with that it will look great.





Go to boots or superdrug. Collection 2000 do a really good liquid top liner thats in green glitter. It would look fab with the black dress and match in with the broach.

i would go with a green eyeliner and a bronze shadow as always use mascara and curl your eyelashes
