How does eye make-up remover work on a chemical level?

I'm not exactly sure.


However, baby oil gets rid of stains and dirt on the skin. I use that because it's so gently and hypo allergenic. It works to remove eye makeup, temporary tattoos, ink, etc. And all that is in it is mineral oil-sometimes fragrance.





I take it the oil loosens up the hard ingredients in make up.
