How can i get my eye make-up to look like?

I've tried but i just end up looking stupid or like a goth.How can i get my eye make-up to look like?
well they wear different makeup for different events and stuff so im not sure which exact one you are looking for, but selena has said she uses MAC naked lunch eyeshadow and miley uses laura mercier tinted moisturizer. but i would put eyeliner on the top lightly and across your bottom lashline, then use a pink or coral lipgloss.How can i get my eye make-up to look like?
