Huggies brand baby wipes unscented (the sensitive skin kind). Or vaseline, which is a lot messier.
Hair conditioner it's cheaper than anything else and not so greasy or oily... also good for shaving your legs
baby lotion or vaseline.
i use avon makeup remover though.
I just put some unscented lotion on a cotton round. It works fine. Scented lotions might burn your eye lids.
baby oil does the trick, but it might leave you vision a little blurred for a couple of minutes.

cold cream!!! it's what i use, and works just as well as eye makeup remover.
