Use black mascara and eyeliner, and you should use a natural color for the eyeshadow, so use sun-kissed beige. And, it'll look great with your hair color too!

I have dark brown eyes too and I use a lot of black. mascara that thickens and lengthens would be best along with a generous amount of black eyeliner. and the smooth area between where your eyelashes connect and the end of the eyelid? put eyeliner there too it gives it a dark yet sophisticated look and for me if i do that i can skip the mascara.
i dont use much eyeshadow but when i do i usually wear golds you would also be able to wear a color that matches your outfit.
Also wear as little makeup as possible on the rest of your face. a little subtle color on the apples of your cheeks bring out the eyes and makes them the center of attention.
I hope this helps. =)
Neutrals with the darkest being a soft sable brown.
I wear a blue-green color at the base. It's called Luna and I got it from Ulta. I wear Ulta's Cognac which is a golden bronze above it and blend them together. It looks great with my dark brown eyes. Wear a color on the opposite side of the color wheel to make your eyes pop.
You could get a cheap eyeshadow pallet with lots of colors and practice to see which combination works for you, then you can buy that color in a better quality eyeshadow.
i would say when it comes to mascara and eyeliner, use black. and for eyeshadow... probably colors like browns, golds, beiges, and maybe even pinks. but careful with the pinks.
How to Choose Makeup for Brown Eyes
Introduction
Looking for makeup that naturally compliments your eye color will help narrow down the options and give you a great, personalized look. For those with stunning brown eyes, finding the right shades and hues isn't as hard as you think.
Steps
Select an eye shadow that complements your brown eye color. Brown, pink, blue and gold tones look great against the rich brown of your eyes. The cool hues contrast well against warmer eye tones and will brighten the eyes to make them pop. Choose a shade lighter than your eyes for a natural, clean look or a shade darker for a sultry, dramatic feel.
Choose a dark liner in a shade that best matches your eye shadow. Navy or plum tones work well with the blue and purple shadows. A traditional, black liner will deliver a dramatic effect and really make your brown eyes shine.
Useblack mascara to open and brighten your eyes. Designed to thicken and lengthen lashes, mascara is a must for any eye color, but for brown eyes classic black mascara will highlight the warm, rich hue of your eyes.
Keep the rest of your makeup minimal to draw attention to your eyes. Choosing neutral shades of lip and cheek color will keep the focus on your eyes and deliver a beautiful, clean look.
Tips %26amp; Warnings
Many cosmetic brands offer color compacts specifically designed for brown eyes making shade choices quick and easy.
Shadows or liners with shimmer will brighten your eyes and make you look more awake as well as deliver a beautiful, stylish look.
a light purple or pink. but dont' over do it. you have to be careful with those colors. But that looks really good.
Use lighter shades of shadow on your lids. I suggest light shimmery gold and copper tints because they make brown eyes pop. In your crease use darker colors, such as plum or deep purple because they compliment your dark brown eyes. For eyeliner, use a dark brown color instead of black. Use maybe a black mascara or a clear one (since you have dark lashes already).
