Barry M does good cheap bright colours as well as kohl but Superdrug and larger Boots stores have lots of different budget ranges in every single colour.

Go to the counter at MAC and ask for EMO looks and they should help. They are very good there.
go to almost nay convieience store in america and you'll find for about 79cents wet%26amp;wild black eyeliner. it works me and all my frineds use it and we're concindered the ';emo kids'; just apply it well!
