What's a good brand of waterproof eye make-up?

Since it's summer, I will be swimming a lot. So I put on waterproof mascara and waterproof eyeliner and jump in the pool. But the thing is, is that when i get out; I have the ';waterproof'; make-up running down my face. I'm looking for a cheap brand of waterproof mascara and eyeliner that won't come off when I go for a swim. Any suggestions?What's a good brand of waterproof eye make-up?
