Whats an alternative to use as Eye make up base?

like say some eye cream which for the dark circles, and also adherent enough to hold eye make up. Whats an alternative to use as Eye make up base?
i use the light shades of the barry m crayons as a base!





my eye make up doesn't move at all, all day!





i think it has like a wax or something in it.


they do glitter ones as well, so you can add sparkle to plain eye shadows .

You can use an eyeliner pencil, gel eyeliner (MAC's Fluidline or L'oreal HIP cream truth liner), MAC shade stick, MAC paint pot, a thin layer of foundation, those thick eye pencils that look like giant pencil eyeliners.


But if you want a good eyeshadow base get the Urban Decay Primer Potion. It's worth the $16 (USD) I'm sure it's available in the UK as well.
vaseline works wonders if your eye shadow needs a boost, dab onto your eyes with your ring finger (it has the lightest touch) I've heard that chap stick does the same job...
Liquid foundation, i always put it on my eyes for a base and it helps the shadow stick. Also helps lippy last longer too!!
