wow, i wish more people answered as good as u!!! Report Abuse

use alot of dark colors and make sure you make it seem portionate MAC is the best brand u can use
Start with a good base, I just use my foundation but Urban Decay do a good eyeshadow primer.

I then use a Pouts butterfly cream shadow all over my eye.

Take a damp cotton bud - (I like cotton buds better than brushes for smoky eyes cause it looks a little messier, more sexy, less try hard) and swizzle it in a dark eyeshadow, I love Trish Macavoys glitter black, but Bourjouis do a really similar one, go for charcoal or dark browns.

Use the cotton bud like you would an eye liner, draw a fairly thick line starting thickly from the outside tapered into just after halfway.

Then using a brush and a metallicy gold/silver/cream anything lighter, blend from the inner of your eye into the darker colour, use your finger to smudge it up a bit.

Then..... (I didn't intend this to be so long, I hope it helps though) with a very dark brown eyeliner draw a line on the underneath of your lower eye and smudge it, like you're trying to take it off with your fingers.

Yup, think that's about it.

But the best way to create new looks, is experiment, play about with your make up see what works for you.

I also didn't know how I can do the smokey eye thing but this website will help you!!!!!!!http://beauty.about.com/od/allaboutyoure鈥?/a>
well u put some black or navy eyeliner on the top of your eyelid (above the eyel;ashes) like a thinish line, then u want to put a dark grey eyeshadow above it, and blend it, it'll make your eyes look smokey!!

hope i've helped you x
use a grey kohl and smoothe it lightly, but dont put it under the eye!
Tricia Sawyer has some really good videos that you can watch, hopefuly you have a high speed connection.

There are 2 methods, the 1st is quicker than the 2nd. Either way it will take some adjusting depending upon your look, and practice!

Good luck :D

This is where I learned to create my smoky eye effect. It really helps! Good luck

Maybelline is the best brand for your eyeliner and mascara, but use MAC make-up for your eyeshadows and powders!
