shadow = theyve applied a icy blue shade to the lid and swept a darker shade of indigo blue towards the outer corner of the eye..


liner = a line of liquid eyeliner starting from the inner corner getting slightly wider as it goes outwards..


mascara = a couple of coats of maximising (lengthening/volumising) mascara..

People with smaller or eyes closer together should stay with light colors and a white eye liner. The white liner makes your eyes seem bigger and brighter. To wear a dark dress you should do every light make-up. Maybe a soft pink or neutrals colors on the eyes maybe a tan color and with shimmer. Line your top lash with a liquid liner or pencil and use the white liner to line your bottom lashes and use mascara and to get all glamed up use a few indiviuals eyelashes to open your eyes. and do a very natural lip and don't forget your blush don't over do it with blush. If you are trying to make your eyes seem wider make sure that you put your darker shadow towards the outside of the eye and keep a lighter shade towards the inside...you can even put a white eyeshadow in the center near your nose...
