What is the best brand of eye make up? Also what colors would work best for someone who has fair skin, blue eyes and dark brown hair? What is the best eye make up?
I love MAC. I love the pigments that come in their own ';pot';. The pigments themselves are about $40. Kinda pricey. BUT if you go to ebay. Sellers devide the pots up into little pots and they are only like $5 a pot, and by the time you use up the color you are kinda tired of it. That is where I get mine. Also the pigments you can wet your eye brush and litterally paint the color on or leave the brush dry and it will be less dramatic.
Now for blue eyes and brown hair I would go with browns, greens, and pinks. NO BLUE. Most ppl think that blue will make their eyes stand out but it actually does the exact opposite. What is the best eye make up?
I've got the same: fair skin, blue eyes, dark hair. The colors I've found that look great are pinks, blues, and neutrals because if my skin, hair, and shadow is neutral, my eyes tend to 'pop'.
using a dark brown liner, rather than a harsh black, will make your eye color really crisp. I love Bonnebelle, Caboodles, and Rimmel. My favorite eyeshadow palette in my makeup bag would have to be my 'Special Eyes/Trio Eyeshadow' in a sparkley white, wine, and mocha color. I can't find it on their website, but there are beautiful makeup palettes for eyes there, they all pretty much match blue eyes.

so when in doubt, try Rimmel
best of luck =]
The best eye makeup is up in the air because I don't know how much you want to spend. I personally love Dior. The colors suit me well and I can wear the same colors to work and out in the club. It all depends on how you wear your makeup. Clinque and MAC make some good eyeshadows that come in a wide vairety of colors and are relatively unexpensive. I have fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes and whenever I wear blue or purple eyeshadow it makes my eyes stand out. Honestly, anyone can wear any color that they want, it just depends on the person and if you are daring enough to wear a bright green or if you like the nude shades better. What I would do is go to a make up counter at a department store near you and look at a couple of brands you like and see what the salesperson tells you when you are talking to them.

FACE Stockholm
I have fair skin blue eyes and blonde hair, so we're similar. =]]
I use Almay because I have really sensitive skin, and it's totally hypoallergenic. It also has a whole line of products that come in sets and are designed for eye color, so the ';Play up the blue'; set I have is all browns to make your eyes POP. hehe
Anyway, I really like them and they're reasonably priced for the quality they give.
like eye shadow? hhmmm for me revlon. coz its cheap and it dosent smudge fast. i have mac eyeshadow but i really dont like it that much..
